Make sure you’re using the correct email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap “Forgot Password” on the sign-in screen in the app and follow the steps to reset it.

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by first signing into the app and going to Account Details. Please note that account deletion is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
